Brief Biography

Sarah joined the CSR in July 2003, as Secretary. Prior to joining the CSR she was employed as a Sales Administrator for a Northumberland based company.

Sarah is responsible for providing secretarial support to all CSR staff. Sarah is also personal secretary to Dr. John Fitzgerald and Prof. Peter Ryan. Her duties include arranging travel, accommodation, meetings and maintaining/scheduling diaries.

Sarah provides administration support for Joan Atkinson, Safety Club Administrator, in maintaining the SCSC and SRMC. This involves assisting with the annual 2 day, Critical Conference and the 3 day, Safety-critical Systems Symposium. Alongwith, the preparation of publicity material, mailings to a database of approx. 2,500 people, joining information for events, collation of information packs and liaising with delegates.
