Brief Biography

Joan joined the University and CSR in 1985 as secretary to Prof. T. Anderson, who is the Director of CSR.

Her primary task is the overall operation of the SCSC and SRMC Clubs; she is responsible for the administration of Club conferences, seminars and tutorials from concept, through procurement, to delivery. She also helps with event planning and coordination, and maintains the membership database.

Additionally she has oversight of the Centre's day to day operations, and of its financial accounts. She is Treasurer to the UK national CSR Council.
